  When we first met Jane Penhaligen for our initial consultation we knew immediately that she had the experience and knowledge that would address our estate planning needs. Almost more importantly, she listened carefully to what we had to say about our family situation and asked critical questions that helped us focus on understanding the importance of creating a legal structure that will meet our estate planning objectives now and in the future.
  Like many others families, we found excuse after excuse as to why we weren't giving this matter the priority it deserved, until, with the help of Jane, we came to realize that having a proper Estate Plan in place provided our family with a road map to ensure our wishes were carried out as we aged and at the time of our death.
